Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Campaign Manager, Paid Social based in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, hands-on professional to build and scale a creator-led paid social program from the ground up. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, transforming creator content into high-performing advertisements for brands across Meta platforms. As the first hire dedicated to this growing service, you will shape workflows, establish quality standards, and develop scalable processes. The role combines creative strategy, influencer marketing, client relationship management, and performance-driven optimization. You will leverage AI agents and automation to streamline research, creator sourcing, briefing, quality assurance, and reporting. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you will turn campaign insights into actionable improvements and measurable results. This remote opportunity is ideal for an entrepreneurial professional who enjoys building innovative solutions and delivering exceptional creative outcomes.

Accountabilities
  • Campaign management: Own the complete campaign lifecycle, from client onboarding and creative strategy through content production, delivery, performance analysis, and renewal.
  • AI and workflow automation: Build and implement AI agents and automated workflows for research, creator sourcing, outreach, briefing, quality assurance, and reporting. Establish quality controls and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop scalable software solutions.
  • Client relationship management: Lead client kickoffs, serve as the primary point of contact, and maintain transparent communication through shared project trackers, creative briefs, approval checklists, and regular updates.
  • Creative strategy and concept development: Understand each client's products, target audience, and objectives to develop compelling advertising concepts and identify creators whose content is likely to drive conversions.
  • Creator sourcing and partnerships: Research and select suitable creators, negotiate compensation and usage rights, manage whitelisting permissions, coordinate contracts, and oversee product shipments.
  • Creative production and quality assurance: Develop creator briefs and shot lists, coordinate editors and external production partners, and review all deliverables to ensure they meet creative, technical, and brand standards.
  • Content delivery: Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring that ad-ready creative assets are delivered on schedule and that all necessary rights and permissions are secured.
  • Performance optimization: Partner with paid media specialists to analyze campaign results, identify successful creators and creative elements, and incorporate insights into future briefs and production cycles.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with Sales on client handoffs and renewals, work with Operations on contracts and creator payments, and collaborate with Agency Services to maintain consistent processes and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience managing influencer marketing, user-generated content (UGC), or creator advertising campaigns from inception to delivery, either within a brand or an agency.
  • AI and automation expertise: Hands-on experience building AI agents or automations that perform meaningful tasks within real workflows. This is a core requirement for the position.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch, take ownership, solve problems independently, and thrive in a founding-team environment.
  • Creative strategy: Strong understanding of audience segmentation, advertising concepts, creator selection, and the creative approaches that motivate consumers to take action.
  • Research and trend awareness: Ability to identify high-performing advertisements, discover relevant creators, monitor emerging trends, and translate market insights into effective creative strategies.
  • Paid social analytics: Familiarity with key performance metrics, including hook rate, hold rate, click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS), with the ability to translate results into creative decisions.
  • Creator management: Experience sourcing and negotiating with creators, managing compensation and usage rights, and coordinating whitelisting arrangements.
  • Production and quality control: Experience developing creative briefs, managing editors or production vendors, and evaluating the quality and effectiveness of advertising content.
  • Client services: Strong account management skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships, communicate proactively, and manage expectations throughout a campaign.
  • Project management: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and coordinate several accounts and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Technical proficiency: Experience using Asana, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Claude.
  • Preferred qualifications: Experience editing content with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools; working at a performance creative or UGC agency; supporting direct-to-consumer (DTC), lifestyle, beauty, or wellness brands; using Meta Ads Manager or creator platforms; or implementing no-code automation tools and basic scripting.
Benefits
