Job summary

Aspire is seeking a Campaign Manager, Paid Social to join the Creator Ad Services (CAS) team. This remote, US-based role reports to the VP of Agency Services, and you’ll own the program from kickoff through renewal—creative strategy, creator sourcing, briefing, production, and delivery.

You’ll build AI agents to scale workflows, manage multiple accounts, and maintain tight customer relationships while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Product on playbooks and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years running influencer, UGC or creator ad campaigns end to end, brand-side or agency-side.
  • Hands‑on experience building AI agents or automations that run real parts of your workflow (required)
  • A builder mentality. This is a founding role, and you’ll set up how the program runs from day one
  • Creative strategy experience, with a clear sense of who a product is for and which ads and creators will sell it to them
  • Strong creative and trend research skills: you know where to find the ads and creators performing in a category and can spot what’s taking off early
  • Fluency in paid social metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and the ability to turn results into creative decisions
  • Experience sourcing and negotiating with creators, including usage rights and whitelisting
  • Creative production and QA experience, including directing editors or production vendors and knowing what a finished, high‑performing ad looks like
  • Account management or client services experience, including owning customer relationships day to day
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of keeping multiple accounts and deadlines on track at once
  • Proficiency with Asana, Salesforce, Google Workspace and Claude

Responsibilities

  • Run Creator Ad Services end to end: Own Creator Ad Services for each customer from kickoff to renewal, producing creator content that runs as whitelisted Meta partnership ads, and improving the program every month based on how the ads perform
  • Build AI: Build AI agents and automations for research, sourcing, outreach, briefing, QA and reporting, set the quality checks they have to pass, and work with Product and Engineering to turn the CAS workflow into Aspire software
  • Customer relationships: Run kickoff, act as each customer’s main point of contact, and keep them involved with shared trackers, briefs and approval checklists so they always know what’s next
  • Concepting and casting: Learn each customer’s product and audience, then develop ad concepts and cast creators against the personas most likely to convert
  • Creator sourcing and contracting: Find creators who fit each concept, negotiate rates and usage rights, and get contracts signed and product shipped
  • Briefing and production: Write creator briefs and shot lists, work with editors and production vendors, and review every piece of content before it reaches the customer
  • Delivery: Deliver ad-ready content on time across several accounts at once, with rights and permissions in place
  • Performance and iteration: Work with Aspire’s paid media team to see which hooks, concepts and creators won, build that into the next month’s brief, and make the case for renewal
  • Cross-functional partnership: Work with Sales on handoffs and renewals so what’s sold matches what CAS can deliver, partner with Operations on contracts, creator payments and account systems, and share playbooks and quality standards with Agency Services

Job description

Creator Ad Services (CAS) is Aspire's managed program for brands that run creator content as paid ads. We cast creators against persona lanes, brief them to a modular shot list, and turn each shoot into a set of ad-ready variants that run as Meta partnership ads from the creator's handle. The standard package is five creators with five variants each, delivered every month for the length of the contract.

Every month the program learns. Paid performance tells us which hooks, CTAs, concepts and creators won, and the next month's brief is built on that. The business is growing fast, and we need one person who makes the whole line run like clockwork.

The Role

Aspire is seeking a Campaign Manager, Paid Social to be the first hire on our Creator Ad Services (CAS) team. This is a remote, US-based role, reporting to our VP of Agency Services. In this role, you’ll cast creators, brief them, and turn their shoots into ad-ready variants that run as Meta partnership ads, then use paid performance results to make every round better. Aspire’s paid media team runs the ads; you own the creative and the creators.

We’re looking for a creative, hands‑on operator who can run several accounts at once and keep customers close along the way. Once a customer signs, you’ll own the program from kickoff through renewal: creative strategy, creator sourcing, briefing, working with editors and production vendors, and delivery. You’ll sit at the center of Creator Ad Services working closely with Sales on handoffs and renewals, Operations on contracts and creator payments, and Agency Services on shared playbooks and quality standards.

This is an AI‑first role. A key early priority will be building the AI agents and automations that let the program scale without lowering the bar. As the first member of the Creator Ad Services team, you’ll shape how the program runs and grows from here.

What You'll Be Working On:
  • Run Creator Ad Services end to end: Own Creator Ad Services for each customer from kickoff to renewal, producing creator content that runs as whitelisted Meta partnership ads, and improving the program every month based on how the ads perform
  • Build with AI: Build AI agents and automations for research, sourcing, outreach, briefing, QA and reporting, set the quality checks they have to pass, and work with Product and Engineering to turn the CAS workflow into Aspire software
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years running influencer, UGC or creator ad campaigns end to end, brand-side or agency-side
Nice To Haves:
  • Hands‑on editing experience in CapCut, Premiere or similar
  • Experience at a performance creative or UGC agency
  • A background in DTC, lifestyle, beauty and/or wellness brands
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or creator platforms
  • Experience with no‑code automation tools or light scripting
