Job summary

The New Mexico State University Foundation seeks a highly organized Campaign Manager to lead a seven-year, $250 million comprehensive campaign. You will coordinate multi-team efforts, drive strategy, and oversee day-to-day operations to maintain momentum across all phases.

You will report to the VP of Philanthropy & Alumni Relations and collaborate with advancement, campus partners, and volunteers to achieve ambitious fundraising and engagement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum of 5 years in fundraising, advancement, or campaign management.
• Experience with capital or comprehensive campaigns strongly preferred.
• Higher education or complex nonprofit environment experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement the comprehensive campaign plan, including goals, priorities, and timelines.
• Coordinate all phases of the campaign (silent, public launch, broad engagement, closeout).
• Manage campaign dashboards and reporting systems with the data team.
• Support leadership, volunteers, and campaign committees with meetings, materials, and briefings.
• Develop campaign materials, proposals, and donor communications.
• Plan and execute campaign-related events to advance donor engagement.
