Teads is seeking a dynamic Campaign Manager to support the Sales team by managing post-sale execution, building strong client relationships, and ensuring campaign success across the Teads platform. You will drive strategy, onboarding, and coordination with Sales, Ad Ops, and clients to optimize delivery and revenue.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, excellent communication, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and insights across campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP or AdTech company.
  • Understanding of tactical systems and processes (e.g., third party ad servers, verification vendor platforms, DSPs, Salesforce).
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong time management, planning long-term and day-to-day effectiveness.
  • Consistently maintains high quality, pays attention to detail and seeks improvements.
  • Has a track record of meeting ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort engaging with strategic clients and is a proactive problem solver.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide RFP strategy and ensure storytelling consistency across departments.
  • Create client presentations, media plans, and forecasting.
  • Introduce new products in line with guidelines.
  • Lead kickoff calls for campaign launches with stakeholders.
  • Onboard customers to self-service buying platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales on pre-sale client needs.
  • Serve as lead post-sale contact for clients.
  • Prepare campaigns for activation with clear communication.
  • Oversee post-sale processes: setup, pacing, delivery, revenue and analysis.
  • Coordinate with Ad Ops for screenshots, tagging, reporting and site lists.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends.
  • Plan and execute quarterly incremental revenue plans with Sales.
  • Support staff development through knowledge sharing.

About The Opportunity

At Teads, we’re looking for a dynamic and client-focused Campaign Manager to join our team. This role will support our Sales organization by managing post-sale execution, building strong client relationships, and ensuring campaign success across our platform. If you’re passionate about digital media, strategic thinking, and delivering exceptional service, we’d love to meet you.

What will you do?
  • Providing RFP (Request for Proposals) strategy to execute and ensuring storytelling is consistent across all departments, including creation of client presentations, media plans, and forecasting.
  • Ensuring new products are introduced strategically and in line with commercial/operational guidelines.
  • Leading kick off calls for upcoming campaign launches with client/agency stakeholders for all activation forms (Managed Service, Self Service & Programmatic Deal IDs).
  • Assist in onboarding of customers to our self-service buying platform.
  • Work closely with Sales on pre-sale client needs & communication.
  • Be the lead point of contact for all client communication post-sale.
  • Lead preparation for campaign activation through clear and concise communication efforts with clients.
  • Oversee post-sale process, including but not limited to: campaign set-up, pacing and delivery, incremental revenue generation and post campaign analysis.
  • Effectively work with our Associate CM & Ad Ops team for screenshots, tagging needs, reporting requests, avails pulls, site list requests & other tasks.
  • Analyze performance data to highlight key trends.
  • Plan and execute multiple incremental revenue prospecting plans each quarter in collaboration with Sales.
  • Help internal staff development through consistent and thorough knowledge sharing exercises.
What will you bring to the team?
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP or AdTech company.
  • Has some understanding of the intricacies of tactical systems and processes (e.g., third party ad servers, verification vendor platforms, DSPs, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Has a proven track record of exceptional time management – effectively plans long-term and big picture projects, while maintaining day-to-day effectiveness.
  • Continually promotes and achieves high standards of quality at work, applies attention to detail to execution and constantly looks for problems to solve and ways to improve.
  • Has a track-record of meeting (or surpassing) ambitious goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment over a sustained period of time.

The pay range for this position is USD $65,000 to $90,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads’ total rewards package.
