Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a temporary Logistics & Data Coordinator to support designated market fundraising campaigns. You will manage event logistics, coordinate volunteers, and handle data entry to keep CRM up to date.

This 6-month assignment focuses on supporting mission-driven fundraising and ensuring campaigns run smoothly, with on-site and hybrid work in the designated area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years’ experience in a related role.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Support mission integration by communicating Blood Cancer United priorities to stakeholders.
• Oversee on-site event logistics, staff, vendors and volunteers for fundraising campaigns.
• Coordinate volunteer teams and collaborate with local and national partners.
• Manage data entry and CRM updates; generate reports for fundraising teams.
