Job summary

Dr Theresa Brooks for State Senate is seeking a highly motivated Field Director in Michigan. You will implement the field plan, plan canvassing events, cut and prioritize turf, set door-knocking goals, and coordinate with partners.

Reports to Campaign Manager. Qualifications include at least 1 election cycle of campaign field experience; proficiency with Votebuilder (VAN), Mobilize, ControlShift; comfort with Excel and Google Docs/Sheets; strong writing and communications skills; ability to work

• Comfortable with Excel and Google Docs/Sheets.
• Strong writing and communications skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet goals and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Cutting and prioritizing turf.
• Recruit, train, and manage field volunteers and interns.
• Manage canvassing schedule.
• Create goals and coach staff/ volunteers/ interns to success.
• Manage absentee voter chase program.
