Job summary

Opendorse is hiring a part-time, temporary campaign coordinator to assist our Commercial Services team with branded athlete endorsement campaigns through the end of January 2027. You will support live campaigns, review content for NIL, brand, and FTC standards, and help keep deliverables on schedule.

The role involves collaboration with sales, creative, product, and operations teams while handling 15–25 hours per week in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in marketing, advertising, or agency work, ideally with influencer campaigns.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and social platforms.
• Sports industry experience (a plus).

The work:

You'll support live campaigns. That includes working with athletes, helping with scripting and content review, making sure posts meet NIL, brand, and FTC disclosure standards, keeping deliverables on schedule, and pulling performance data for recaps. You'll also work closely with our sales, creative, product, and operations teams to keep every campaign aligned from kickoff to wrap.You bring:1–2+ years in marketing, advertising, or agency work, ideally with influencer campaignsStrong organization, communication, and attention to detailComfort with spreadsheets and social platformsSports industry experience (a plus)We'll train you on our platform. You bring the campaign instincts, and we'll show you how our technology works.

~15–25 hrs/week · $25–$35/hr, depending on experience · Remote
