Job summary

Opendorse is hiring a part-time, temporary campaign coordinator to support the Commercial Services team in running branded athlete endorsement campaigns through January 2027. This fixed-term role will not convert to full-time.

You'll assist with live campaigns, scripting, content review, and ensuring compliance with NIL, brand, and FTC disclosure standards while keeping deliverables on schedule and providing performance data for recaps. Remote work available.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in marketing, advertising, or agency work, preferably with influencer campaigns.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and social platforms.

Responsibilities

The work:

You'll support live campaigns. That includes working with athletes, helping with scripting and content review, making sure posts meet NIL, brand, and FTC disclosure standards, keeping deliverables on schedule, and pulling performance data for recaps. You'll also work closely with our sales, creative, product, and operations teams to keep every campaign aligned from kickoff to wrap.You bring:1–2+ years in marketing, advertising, or agency work, ideally with influencer campaignsStrong organization, communication, and attention to detailComfort with spreadsheets and social platformsSports industry experience (a plus)We'll train you on our platform. You bring the campaign instincts, and we'll show you how our technology works.

~15–25 hrs/week · $25–$35/hr, depending on experience · Remote
