The United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County (UWABC) is seeking a Part-Time Campaign Associate to support fundraising strategies within the Resource Development team. You will manage a portfolio of workplace accounts, engage employees and organizations, and help meet UWABC’s campaign goals.
This 10–11 week position runs September 8 through November 19, with hours up to 20 per week, primarily in-office in Asheville, NC, and occasional remote work up to 15%.

Hours: Part-Time, up to 20/week - standard hours Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with some weekend or before/after hour needs
Position Type: 10 - 11 Week Position - September 8th - November 19th
Position is responsible for supporting fundraising strategies and goals of UWABC’s Resource Development Department related to Workplace Campaigns and donor cultivation in the workplace. In partnership with staff, you will be responsible for an account portfolio of businesses committed to investing in and engaging employees in the community through UWABC initiatives. This role is a part-time, temporary position.

This position is non- exempt from overtime regulations. This position is based in our office or in-person at other organizations for rallies in Asheville, NC for at least 85% of the schedule. After an orientation period and if the work allows, this position may allow for 15% remote work.
