Job summary

Camp Lincoln in North-Central Minnesota is hiring an Assistant Director of Operations & Staffing to join our year‑round leadership team. You will recruit and support an outstanding seasonal staff while helping lead day‑to‑day operations that keep camp running smoothly.

As part of Cote Hospitality Group, you’ll build a strong team, coordinate staffing logistics, and foster a positive staff experience, ensuring high-quality camp experiences for campers and staff each summer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Previous residential summer camp leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Recruiting, HR, hiring, or onboarding experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build an incredible team: recruit, hire, onboard, train, and support the seasonal staff who bring camp to life.
• Keep camp running: coordinate staff logistics, scheduling, training, supplies, purchasing, vehicles, and other day-to-day operational needs.
• Create a great staff experience: help build a positive, welcoming culture where team members feel supported, valued, and excited to return.
• Prepare for what's next: support marketing and recruiting efforts, year-round planning, and post-season feedback to make each summer even better.
