Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales experience in camps, ticketing, or memberships.
• Strong phone and virtual consult skills with parents of youth athletes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and qualification of incoming camp inquiries.
• Educate customers about IMG Academy camp programs and benefits.
• Manage sales pipeline and utilize CRM software effectively.
