Job summary

Morgan’s Wonderland Camp in Texas seeks a Program Manager to lead camper, guest and staff experiences, ensuring safety and inclusion across activities. The role coordinates schedules, budgets, and programming with the Program Leadership Team to deliver engaging sessions and events.

The position requires 2+ years in camp operations with leadership experience, a focus on accessibility, and strong organizational and communication skills; on-site housing is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of camp operations experience with managerial experience.
• Ropes Course experience and certification or willingness to be certified.
• Commitment to Morgan’s mission and core values in daily work.
• Strong self-motivation and leadership abilities.
• Ability to delegate responsibilities in day-to-day operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication; proficient with MS Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent experience for campers, groups, guests, and volunteers.
• Collaborate and develop camp schedules for each assigned user group, camp session or event.
• Plan, organize, and develop curriculum and programming for assigned activity areas.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of assigned activity areas.
• Develop, monitor, and implement annual budgets for assigned activity areas.
