Job summary

Powdr Corp. in Copper Mountain, CO, seeks a Woodward Copper Programs & Operations Manager to lead the Woodward Barn, Camp, and related programs year-round.

You will supervise supervisors and seasonal staff, plan activities, ensure safety, and coordinate with terrain, risk, and other departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will also manage labor plans, training, and contractor relationships while supporting budgets and operational excellence in a dynamic mountain resort

Qualifications

• Experience working with kids/teens is preferred.
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience required.
• Experience in camp, recreation, or resort operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Woodward Barn and Camp operations, staffing, and programming.
• Lead program development, safety, and guest experiences.
• Coordinate with departments to manage budgets, labor, and guest flow.
