Job summary

Woodward Camp is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 in Woodward, PA. The role supports camper experiences by maintaining facilities, grounds, and a wide range of features across the campus.

You’ll operate equipment, perform repairs, and help keep the campus safe and welcoming for guests while collaborating with a small maintenance team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in general maintenance techniques.
• Valid driver’s license.
• OSHA certified on applicable equipment.
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Proficient in basic electric, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and fleet maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate power driven street equipment and heavy equipment.
• Operate vehicles including pickup trucks and Kubota Side by Side.
• Load, unload, transport parts and materials; cleanup and trash removal.
• Paint, caulk, seal and perform painting duties; groundkeeping tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections; respond to emergencies.
• Repair and patch concrete and asphalt; install and repair light fixtures and outlets.
• Assist with guest requests; manage small projects and crews as needed.
• Carry out custodial duties and keep equipment/tools in good condition.
