Club 45 is hiring a Camp Lead to run its flagship ten-week summer camp in Evergreen, CO. You will oversee a multi-sport program across twelve activities, guiding pre-season planning, on-site operations, and post-season wrap. This seasonal W-2 role offers meaningful upside tied to revenue, retention, and performance bonuses.

The role requires 3+ years of camp or youth program experience, current First Aid/CPR certification, and strong written communication. Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Formación

• 3+ years of camp, youth program, or multi-staff operations experience.
• Strong written communication for parent-facing communications.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-season planning: build curriculum, recruit and onboard staff, set registration.
• Operations: daily on-site oversight of activities, staff, and campers (Jun–Aug).
• Wrap-up: refunds, surveys, staff exit, season-end reporting and reconciliation.
• Manage parent communication; respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Maintain incident log, attendance, and daily roster.
• Submit weekly status reports to the Founder.
