Job summary

Thousand Pines Christian Camp is seeking Health Care Assistants for the Health Center. The role supports emergency response and daily health operations, serving campers and staff in a faith-centered environment.

Part-time, year-round positions are available. Candidates should hold CPR/First Aid and other emergency response certifications, with a health-oriented background and a commitment to Christ-centered service.

Qualifications

• Certification in Emergency Response (Basic First Aid & Safety; EMT/Paramedic etc).
• Current Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certifications.
• Experience with children and young adults in a first aid emergency capacity.
• Displays a vibrant faith in Christ; aligns with TP mission, vision and values.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement Thousand Pines Health Care Plan.
• Facilitate operations related to Thousand Pines Emergency Response.
• Support TP Programs regarding camper safety and health standards.
• Execute requests from Health Center Supervisor and Director.
• Update and monitor health care plan and maintain records.
• Track health care inventory and maintain supplies.
• Provide daily journals brief description of Health Center patients.
• Assist other TP staff involved in health care.
• Assist TP in any other areas as needed.
