Job summary

JCC MetroWest in Flanders, NJ seeks a Camp Facilities Technician to keep camp facilities safe, clean, and functional. You will perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and basic troubleshooting for buildings, grounds, and equipment, supporting daily camp life for campers and staff.

This full-time, on-site role requires independence, reliability, and the ability to collaborate with camp leadership and vendors while adhering to safety procedures and preventive maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• General maintenance abilities across building systems (electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
• Experience with hand and power tools and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment.
