Job summary

A local community organization in Oregonia, OH is looking for a Camp Maintenance worker to oversee property maintenance. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED, First Aid, and Oxygen required within first 60 days of employment and kept current.
• Three (3) years or more of related building and grounds maintenance experience required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, insurable driver’s record, and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall maintenance and upkeep of all property and facilities.
• Assists the Maintenance Director in maintenance including swimming pools, plumbing, HVAC, and roofing.
• Maintains grounds including grass cutting and trash pickup.
• Daily checks on sewage plant operation and assists in renovation projects.
