Job summary

YMCA of Greater Dayton is seeking a full-time Maintenance position at Camp Kern in Oregonia, OH. Responsible for overall maintenance and upkeep of all property, facilities and assigned areas, including pools, plumbing, electrical systems, and grounds.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED/First Aid and Oxygen within 60 days, 3+ years of related experience, and a valid driver's license. The wage is $13.00-$15.60 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED, First Aid, and Oxygen required within first 60 days of employment.
• Three (3) years or more of related building and grounds maintenance experience.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pools, pumps, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing and related systems.
• Assists in capital projects and general grounds maintenance.
• Performs grounds work: mowing, trimming, tree care, brush, trash removal.
• Supports ranch staff with fencing and hay pickup; general ground upkeep.
• Maintains camp vehicle services and records.
• Follows safety procedures and reports issues to supervisor.
