Galileo Learning is seeking an experienced Camp Director to lead our summer camps for K–8th grade. You will serve as site General Manager and the public face of Galileo, opening and operating a camp location, guiding a seasonal team, and ensuring joyful, safe environments and high-quality programs.

You’ll manage preseason planning through end-of-summer wrap-up, oversee daily operations, coordinate parent communications, staffing, payroll, and performance feedback, and build strong partnerships

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated leadership of seasonal staff and programs.
• Experience running large-scale youth programs or camps.
• Strong safety and risk-management mindset.

Aufgaben

• Infuse camp with joy, tradition, and creativity.
• Own every aspect of your camp’s launch and season operations.
• Oversee daily operations, parent communication, and program fidelity.
• Train, mentor, and manage staff from 7 to 40, depending on site.
• Build partnerships with families and community partners and maintain camper safety.
