Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a Camp Director who will own outcomes for a K-3 cohort, using data, observation, and coaching to ensure each child loves school and learns faster while developing key life skills.

You will coach Guides and students in classrooms, deliver workshops on communication and resilience, and build scalable coaching playbooks to elevate team performance. This is a full-time role with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or Child Development.
• At least 5 years of experience working with elementary-aged children (5-9).
• Experience leading teams and growing a program.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using data and observations to achieve measurable improvements.
• Lead workshops for K-3 focused on communication, resilience, and life skills.
• Lead one-on-one and small-group coaching to connect motivation with academic growth.
• Build and refine coaching playbooks to raise performance across the team.
• Mentor Guides and model exceptional coaching daily.
