Summer Camp Counselor - Bright Horizons at One Campus Martius

Under the guidance of the director, you will impact children's lives by providing a safe, nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. You will collaborate with a talented team of teachers to design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula aligned with Bright Horizons Family Solutions and NAEYC guidelines.

As a Camp Counselor, your responsibilities include:

  1. Developing, coordinating, and scheduling program offerings, and promoting enrollment.
  2. Determining appropriate field trips and making necessary arrangements.
  3. Growing professionally through decision reviews with supervisors and maintaining positive relationships with parents, children, co-workers, and clients.
  4. Ensuring children's safety and supervision at all times, meeting physical demands of the role.

Salary/Hourly Rate and Compensation: The hourly rate ranges from $12.90 to $16.00, depending on experience, education, certifications, and other factors. Actual offers will be based on these considerations.
