We are looking for fun, creative, and engaging individuals to join our camp family for the Summer of 2025. Under the supervision of the Camp Director, Camp Counselors are responsible for supervising and leading a group of 10-20 campers through a high-quality day camp experience while identifying and meeting camper needs and maintaining YMCA day camp standards and DPH standards.
Location: Camp Lowe, 132 Fort Pond Inn Road, Lancaster MA 01523
Shift: Mondays-Fridays from 8:00am-4:30pm
Job Type: Summer Seasonal/Temporary; Camp runs from June 30th, 2025 to August 29th, 2025
Training:
Pay: $16.00 per hour for new hires, $16.50 for 1 year returning Camp Counselors, $17.00 for 2+ years returning Camp Counselors. Plus, access to YMCA facilities and Employee Assistance Program for all YMCA of Central Massachusetts employees.
