Job summary

Hadrian is expanding its CAM Execution team to ensure end-to-end manufacturing stability in aerospace and defense projects. The hybrid role focuses on diagnosing failures, refining CAM processes, and guiding shop-floor execution to deliver reliable production outcomes.

You will work across CNC programs, machine setups, fixturing, CMM inspection, GD&T interpretation, and operator workflows to implement robust fixes in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to decompose complex manufacturing issues and identify root causes.
• Experience in developing, programming, setting up, and troubleshooting part manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with CNC programming software and CAD/CAM tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and correct failures across CNC programs, machine setups, and inspection workflows.
• Bridge CAM programming and shop-floor execution, refining toolpaths and setups based on feedback.
• Collaborate with CAM Programming, Quality, CMM Programming, Applications, Automation, and GTM teams.
• Identify systemic weaknesses and drive process-standardization across the factory.
