## CAM Operations Associate IIIApply: Hybrid Position: Getzville, NY: Full time: Posted Today: R90980# **Overview:**Acts as servicer for M&T Bank’s Hardest Hit Fund accounts, which generate 500K+ recoveries for the bank.## **Primary Responsibilities:*** Handle the processing of MI Claim requests for the appropriate MI Company.* Responsible for the accurate completion of REO Payee Header requests, Foreclosure Evaluations, and Mortgage/Consumer check processing.* Initiate and complete the state demand letter process for assigned states including the appropriate registration procedure.* Review and manage Hardest Hit Fund State Program requests. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, track the completion of mandatory state reporting, and review amendments for Servicer Participation Agreements.* Provide Branch support for offsets, unsatisfied accounts, and account reconciliations. General ledger balancing for unsatisfied accounts.* Management of MI Claim daily work flow including the processing of urgent requests and aged task reconciliation.* Responsible for the processing of manual check requests including daily quality control and check log reconciliation.* Identify and resolve problematic situations when appropriate referring more complex problems to Supervisor for review.* Occasionally review work of peers.* Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.* Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.* Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.* Complete other related duties as assigned.## **Scope of Responsibilities:**This position interacts mainly with internal CAM departments.## **Education and Experience Required:**A combined 3 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year office experience or mortgage collections experience.Proficient PC skills including word processing, spreadsheet and email software.
