Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager, CAM Business Integration & Readiness to lead cross-functional implementation across Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid claims operations. You’ll partner with Operations, Product and Technology to translate strategic priorities into actionable business change and ensure successful rollout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, claims, program management, or related functions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting implementation, testing, operational integration or business execution.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and operational integration across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid claims operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across operations, product, technology, analytics, training, and other business partners to support successful execution.
• Identify and coordinate business SMEs to support discovery, requirements validation, testing, implementation, and rollout activities.
• Facilitate working sessions to gather operational insights, define business needs, validate workflow impacts, and support business decision-making.
• Track testing progress, defects, business decisions, and sign-off activities.
• Maintain documentation related to approvals, testing outcomes and deployment activities.
