Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
• 3+ years of Engineering experience, mechanical or manufacturing preferred.
• 2+ years of CNC CAM programming experience using PowerMill or equivalent software.
• Must be able to work on site in Mahwah, NJ, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop new CAM automation processes; maintain and update existing processes for efficiency.
• Recommend milling strategies and collaborate to find best CAM-automation solutions.
• Perform first-time machine setup and propose new machining solutions for new products.
• Participate in calls with global teams on solutions.
• Provide regular status reports and updates; communicate next steps to management.
