This hands-on role will configure Calypso, translate business requirements into application settings, and support production processing. You’ll investigate issues across Calypso and connected systems, validate transactions, coordinate incident resolution with business, technology, support, and vendor teams, and support application releases with

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on Calypso experience including production configuration.
• Calypso configuration covering static data, contracts, processing rules, and messages.
• Calypso collateral or margin management and related business rules.
• End-to-end troubleshooting across applications and integrations.
• Production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Financial or transaction reconciliation, data validation, and SQL knowledge.
• Application change and release support, including post-release validation.
• Clear communication and collaboration across business, technology, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Investigate issues across Calypso and connected systems.
