Outside Sales Representative - Moving & Relocation Services

Location: Fuquay-Varina, NC

About Us:

Movin' On Movers has been a trusted name in North Carolina for over 40 years, delivering stress-free, high-quality moves across the region and beyond. Our Fuquay-Varina location is growing fast, and we're seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help drive that momentum forward.

Compensation:
  • $60,000/year draw against commission

  • Weekly base pay with quarterly commission true-ups

  • Realistic earning potential: $80K-$100K+ with strong performance

  • No cap on commission

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct in-home and virtual move consultations

  • Build rapport with homeowners and businesses to assess moving needs

  • Create and present customized quotes that solve customer problems

  • Manage follow-ups and close deals across local, long-distance, and corporate relocations

  • Network with local realtors, builders, and community partners to drive referrals

  • Track activity and pipeline in CRM and coordinate with ops team for smooth execution

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in outside sales - bonus points for experience in moving, logistics, real estate, or home services

  • Strong closer with a consultative, customer-first approach

  • Excellent communicator - both face-to-face and over the phone

  • Self-motivated with a competitive edge

  • Comfortable working evenings/weekends as needed (because that's when customers move!)

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
