Maintain Sanitization Standards at the Information Center & Gates
Work with all standard membership levels
Selling and fulfilling all in person and online orders
Provide support to Information Center Desk Staff
Provide telephone support to Information Center Desk
Provide information to outside parties pertaining to CR&G and membership.
Tessitura
Maintain the Duplicate Report to reduce the number of duplicates in the system
Learn how to troubleshoot through common issues
Learn how to work in productions/performances to correct issues
Maintain and fulfill Info Center Sales to include plant sales periodically throughout the year
Projects:
Assist in periodic assignments to develop and coordinate new projects.
Process all incoming and outgoing mail concerning Information Center.
Provide support to the Information Center & Admissions Manager
Responsible for all other duties as needed and assigned by Manager
Assist with collateral needs
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain Gates & Information Desk staff files in Paycom.
Create a Weekly Schedule and monthly schedule for Information Desk Staff with aid of the IC/Admissions Manager
