Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising Housekeeping team ensuring that they are productive and meet organizational goals by assisting tasks below
2. Inspecting, cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning, and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash.
3. Responding to guest complaints, special requests and ensuring corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
4. Reporting any damages or repairs needed to management.
5. Checking stocking levels of all consumables and replacing when appropriate.
6. Adhering strictly to rules regarding health and safety and being aware of any company-related practices.
7. Greeting guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. 1 Year of Prior Related Housekeeping Experience Preferred.
2. Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods of time.
3. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to work and maintain a high level of performance.
6. Prioritization and time management skills.
7. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
8. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
