Job summary

Susana for Chicago is seeking a Call Time Manager to lead the daily call time program in support of fundraising goals. This full-time role offers a blend of in-person coordination in Chicago with remote option for certain tasks, and requires sharp donor research, list building, and meticulous data entry into Numero, Quo, ActBlue, and Google Workspace.

You will work with leadership to prepare targeted lists, staff sessions, and help with events.

Qualifications

• Campaign fundraising experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and database management experience.
• Detail-oriented with reliable data tracking and follow-through.
• Go-getter: proactively request resources to do the job.
• Ability to work independently when not on call time tasks.
• Experience with candidate management is a plus.
• Familiarity with Numero, Quo/OpenPhone, Google Workspace or similar tools.

Call Time Manager for Susana for Chicago

Salary: $3500-5000/month, dependent on availability and background

Job Type: Full time, August 2026 - February 2027

Location: Chicago, IL preferred, remote option available

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to execute a call time program.


• Prepare for daily call time with targeted, strategic lists including relevant donor research and giving history (local, state, and federal)


• Staff call time sessions either in person or virtually (dictating notes and necessary information)


• Keep the campaign’s database & CT software up to date (Numero, Quo, ActBlue, Google Workspace)


• Maintain donor outreach in a timely manner


• Assist with preparation for fundraising events (list building & outreach, potentially on site support)

• Campaign experience in fundraising, call time, and candidate management


• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail and database management
