UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Call Center Nurse RN to provide telephonic clinical assessments via approved protocols, assessing patient needs and guiding care levels. Remote work is supported anywhere in the U.S. with a CST-friendly schedule.

The role requires an Associate degree in nursing, active RN licensure, and at least 2 years of clinical experience. BSN preferred, Epic EMR experience a plus, with pay hourly based on factors including location and experience.

Positions in this function require various nurse licensure and certification based on role and grade level. Licensure includes RN, depending on grade level, with current unrestricted licensure in applicable state. Roles are responsible for providing telephonic clinical assessments utilizing approved medical protocols per policy and recommending an appropriate level of clinical care based on clinical judgment and protocols.

• Coordinate services and referrals to health programs and community services

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in nursing
• Current, unrestricted RN licensure (include state specific license)
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Ability to work the following schedule, Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm CST

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• EMR experience, specifically with Epic

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $29.00 to $52.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
