In this role, you'll be the first point of contact after a lead comes in — reaching out quickly, confirming key details, and making sure every appointment is set up for success.

What You’ll Do:

• Confirm appointments with clients via phone calls
• Manage the calendar and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database.
• Learn and master a scripted confirmation process to verify home ownership and surface any specific needs or concerns ahead of the appointment
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Proactively reschedule appointments to earlier available time slots to optimize the sales calendar and reduce gaps

Work Hours/ Compensation:

• This is a fixed weekly rate role with a performance bonus structure. Phone coverage is needed daily between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
