Job Description

The Call Center Specialist provides quality customer service to internal staff and external patients. Responsibilities include managing calls, scheduling appointments, transmitting messages to clinical teams, answering medication refill questions, and maintaining confidentiality. Proficient data entry, insurance billing knowledge, and excellent communication skills are essential. The role requires maintaining and improving job-specific skills and performing additional duties as assigned.
