Edward Rose & Sons in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls and emails about broadband services, including Dish Network and Internet services, while using the BOSS system.

You will identify customer needs, provide information, resolve issues, document interactions, and contribute to team metrics. A high school diploma and prior call center experience are preferred; Microsoft Office skills are expected, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a Call Center environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Research issues and provide solutions related to Dish Network, Internet services and the BOSS system.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
• Contribute to team performance metrics and participate in training.
• Provide information on Dish Network services, installation, rates, and billing.
• Monitor the BOSS dashboard and assist residents with navigating it.
• Coordinate with sales and manage account activations/deactivations when required.
• Troubleshoot existing Dish and Internet issues and initiate work orders when needed.
