Vertical Screen, Inc. in Warminster, PA is seeking an Occupational Health Services Researcher to handle incoming calls regarding drug screens and other health services. This full-time position offers a shift from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $16.00/hr.

Job Description

The Occupational Health Services Researcher supports our clients’ applicants by handling incoming calls regarding drug screens and other health services.

This is a full-time in office position located in Warminster, PA. We are looking to fill a 9am-5pm shift Monday through Friday. This position pays $16.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls
• Evaluate documentation and information needed
• Processing and following up on invoices and faxes
• Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and mailing different types of documents
• Maintain and document detailed notes in system regarding correspondence with applicants

Required Skills

• Must be able to work in a fast paced, inbound/outbound call center environment
• Ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to efficiently operate and navigate a computer and internal software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Spanish a plus!

Education

The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
