Starting wage: $20/hr with uncapped bonus

About The Role

• Provide strong, confident communication on primarily outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest, engaging potential customers, uncovering their needs, and working to schedule a consultation with a product expert.
• Ensure accurate entry of all appointment and customer information into the CRM system.
• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads to drive appointment setting, while handling inbound calls as needed with the same goal of booking qualified appointments.

Key Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and concisely over the phone.
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills (talk and type simultaneously) with the ability to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Expertise in overcoming objections and solving problems.
• No prior call center experience required!
