Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC in Springfield, Missouri is hiring an Outbound Sales/Marketing Agent. Starting pay is $17 per hour with weekly and monthly performance bonuses, plus paid training to help you hit the ground running.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for individuals who have:

• Customer Service or Sales Call Center experience (a plus!)
• A friendly, outgoing, and upbeat attitude
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
• Basic PC proficiency and a commitment to maintaining high call quality
• A fast learner eager to expand knowledge and skill sets
