- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and provide additional assistance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Familiarity with financial products and services
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
