Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking self-motivated, people-friendly Call Center Agents for our corporate office in Sugar Land, TX. This on-site role supports patients and physicians with phone support, appointment scheduling, and message handling.

You will team with office staff and clinicians to maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The position offers a full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 40 hours) with a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental

• NextGen/EMR experience is a plus.
• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and as a team.
