Seeking a Call Center Representative to join a large furniture company's team! The ideal candidate will have experience in a call center and be capable of handling high-volume calls efficiently. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to manage customer inquiries regarding inventory, shipment, and purchases.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle 300+ calls per day during peak seasons, addressing customer questions and concerns.
  2. Prioritize solving customer problems effectively, aiming for a call time of 2 minutes or less while ensuring issues are resolved without call terminations.
  3. Maintain high attendance and punctuality, as this is crucial for the role.
  4. Utilize Microsoft systems proficiently for daily tasks including email, phone calls, and website navigation.
  5. Learn and use company-specific systems.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of call center or customer support experience is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft systems and daily use of email, phone, and websites.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new company systems and processes.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
