Job summary

Chesterman Co. Coca Cola is seeking a full-time Sales/Customer Service Associate to maintain and grow cold drink sales through daily telecommunications with existing customers. You will make 90-120 service calls per day, process beverage orders, handle inquiries, and update data systems.

Bilingual ability is required to communicate with customers and coworkers. We value a high-school diploma, 1+ years in sales, 2 years in customer service, and call center experience.

Qualifications

• High-School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years general sales experience preferred.
• 2 years customer service experience required.
• Call Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service support averaging 90-120 service calls daily.
• Call upon existing customers to receive beverage orders.
• Handle routine customer service inquiries.
• Update computerized data entry systems as necessary.
