Job summary

Camis, a North American park reservation tech partner, is seeking friendly Reservation Agents to guide customers through bookings from home. You'll answer questions, support accounts, and help solve problems, making outdoor adventures possible.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, camping perks, and a path to growth within the organization. Training starts soon; work hours span 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST, with contract dates from December 30, 2026 to October 31, 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Call Center experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

Position Details

Work From Home (Michigan residents only)
Contract Dates: December 30, 2026 - October 31, 2027
Part-Time, 15-30 hours per week due to fluctuating call volumes.

Training Requirements

• Orientation: Thursday, December 30, 2026
• Training Schedule:
  • Week 1 - Monday, January 4, 2027 - Friday, January 8, 2027 - 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST
  • Week 2 - Monday, January 11, 2027 - 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST
• Full attendance is mandatory.

Availability Requirements

Our contact center operates 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST, 7 days per week. Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, including:

• Evenings
• Weekends
• Holidays during the contract period

This position is not suitable for candidates seeking daytime-only, fixed Monday-Friday schedules, or those who require extended time off during the peak summer season.

Please note: There are peak periods during our busy season when time-off requests may be limited. Due to business needs, employees are expected to be available to work their maximum scheduled hours throughout July and the first week of August. Time-off requests during this period generally cannot be accommodated.
