Christian Hospital and Northwest HealthCare, part of BJC HealthCare, is seeking a Call Center Representative to join the Telecommunications team. You will respond to internal and external inquiries, route calls, and provide paging services in a courteous, professional manner.

This position offers a 24-hour work week with a rotating schedule including evenings and overnights, weekends, and holiday rotation. High School Diploma or GED required; prior call center experience preferred but not

• Ensures customers receive exceptional service through consistent performance, answering, directing and paging according to the customers request.
