What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program
- Field requests regarding card activation, program eligibility, and submission rejections
- Provide first-level support for customer requests via telephone, email, and fax
- Document resolutions and efficiently escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team
- Identify operational challenges and provide recommendations to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certification is necessary
- Minimum of 3 years of call center experience preferred
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Prior experience in a healthcare-related call center environment
