Join the Guest Services Call Center as a Call Center Representative!

Call Center Representatives assist Guests and Cast Members by providing resources, information, and resolutions for those calling the Guest Service Call Center. Responsibilities include handling inquiries for Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, managing calls for executives, and responding to emergency calls. This full-time position requires full availability and is based in a high-volume, 24/7 operational call center.

Starting pay rate: $18.25/hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding Guest Service by resolving issues and helping find solutions.
  • Use good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Show curiosity and interest in Disney Products.
  • Navigate multiple computer applications efficiently.
  • Respond appropriately to emergency calls.
  • Meet departmental metric expectations, including efficiency goals.
  • Provide comprehensive information about The Walt Disney World Resort using various software applications.
  • Assist Guests by answering questions, giving directions, and sharing insights about the Theme Parks and surrounding areas.
  • Develop excellent relationships with Guests and Cast Members across all lines of business.
  • Complete all required training and compliance courses.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or a contact center environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and working with dual monitors.
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution and make decisions with integrity.
  • Adaptability to fluctuating operational needs.
  • Maintain discretion and Guest confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability for three weeks of full training.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Walt Disney World products and services.
  • Understanding of Disney Cast Life and My Disney Experience.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, Spok, HotSOS, Avaya.
  • Bilingual abilities.
