The Call Center Nurse RN provides comprehensive clinical services to customers across the U.S., requiring multiple licenses for various states. Services include clinical triage, care transitions, medication adherence, and more. The role involves guiding patients towards self-management and positive behaviors, serving as the primary contact for multiple disciplines. Success is measured by improved patient outcomes, prevention of adverse events, customer satisfaction, quality compliance, and collaborative teamwork. The RN should be experienced, capable of working independently, educating patients, and applying best practices across responsibilities.

Applicants must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in their state.

This is a PART-TIME role working from 7:30 am to 6 pm Eastern, two days per week—either Monday and Friday or Wednesday and Thursday.

You will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide remote telephonic nursing support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
  • Assess and triage patient calls to determine urgency.
  • Offer medical advice, guidance, and education on treatment, medication management, and self-care.
  • Coordinate care with healthcare professionals.
  • Document interactions accurately in electronic health records.
  • Follow protocols and maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with medical advancements.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Adapt interventions to meet diverse patient needs.
  • Work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate within the nursing team for seamless care.
  • Utilize expertise in chronic illnesses and medication management.
  • Assist supervisors with complex issues.
Required Qualifications
  • Active RN license in PA or a compact state.
  • At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Experience with electronic medical records.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Availability for PT hours (7:30 am - 6 pm EST) on specified days.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in telehealth nursing.
  • Experience with Cerner system.

The hourly rate ranges from $28.61 to $56.06, depending on various factors. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401(k). The application will be open for at least 2 business days or until a sufficient candidate pool is reached.
