Job description

US Imaging Network is looking for full-time remote call center agents living in the Midwest USA. The Member Service Agent is expected to provide exceptional customer service, educate members, and assist with all aspects of the scheduling process.

Qualifications:
  1. Are you self-directed with a minimum of 3-5 years customer service call center experience?
  2. Do you have 4 years of experience working in a remote role?
  3. Are you organized and able to work independently?
  4. Do you have great critical thinking skills and the ability to handle complex issues?
  5. Are you reliable and dependable?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct outbound calls to members to educate them about their healthcare benefits, focusing on cost-saving opportunities for imaging services (CT, MRI, PET scans).
  2. Proactively schedule appointments for imaging services, ensuring members utilize their benefits to save money.
  3. Provide accurate, clear, and compassionate communication to answer member questions and resolve concerns.
  4. Use call center software to document interactions, schedule services, and follow up as needed.
  5. Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including call volume, member engagement, and satisfaction scores.
  6. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the member experience.
Qualifications:
  1. High School diploma/GED equivalent
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience
  3. At least 4 years of work-from-home call center experience
  4. Proficient with computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
  5. Motivated to meet and exceed goals
  6. Bilingual - Spanish speaking a plus
Compensation and Benefits:

All full-time employees are eligible for paid time off, holiday pay, and may participate in health and welfare benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD, and 401(k) retirement plan.

Competitive hourly rate of $19.50 with monthly bonus opportunities.

Primary hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST. Tampa location operates from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday.

Must have a private in-home workspace without interruptions and a reliable high-speed internet connection. Computer equipment will be provided. The training program lasts 4-6 weeks.
