US Imaging Network is looking for full-time remote call center agents living in the Midwest USA. The Member Service Agent is expected to provide exceptional customer service, educate members, and assist with all aspects of the scheduling process.
All full-time employees are eligible for paid time off, holiday pay, and may participate in health and welfare benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD, and 401(k) retirement plan.
Competitive hourly rate of $19.50 with monthly bonus opportunities.
Primary hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST. Tampa location operates from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday.
Must have a private in-home workspace without interruptions and a reliable high-speed internet connection. Computer equipment will be provided. The training program lasts 4-6 weeks.
