Job summary

Outdoor Adventures Inc. is seeking a Call Center Marketing Agent to promote our outdoor experiences. You will make outbound calls, discuss available activities, and identify interests to convert leads into appointments.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, supportive team with training provided, and earnings include hourly pay plus performance-based commissions based on show rates.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and people skills.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls.
• Friendly, positive, and confident personality.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Organized and dependable with good follow-through.
• Able to work independently while also being part of a team.
• Sales, customer service, call center, or appointment setting experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
